What Quarry School is

Quarry School publishes free course pages for college mathematics: College Algebra and Trigonometry first. Anyone can read them, and no account is needed. Quarry School is part of Quarry, made by Frame (Framers Lab, Inc.).

What stays on your device

Your progress, your answers in Practice and your settings (theme, text size, reading mode) are stored by your browser on this device. Nothing of yours is sent to us: the public pages set no cookies and run no analytics. Clearing your browser's storage for this site erases that record; Export on the My page saves a copy you can bring to another device with Import.

The lessons and their licence

The lessons are the work of their authors. All rights reserved, except where a course says otherwise: the College Algebra lessons adapt material from OpenStax and are published under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0, as the Credits and licence page explains. Third-party material keeps its own licence and credit, and nothing on this page restricts what its licence allows.

Mistakes

A lesson can contain a mistake. Check anything that matters to you against your own course and textbook. These pages are a study aid, not a substitute for your instructor or your textbook, and they come with no promise about your grades.

Links

Links lead to other sites with their own owners and their own terms. The readings and exercises we point to on OpenStax stay on OpenStax.
